#Scrum is cool. It may just be the way to escape the jungle of your own project wishlist by breaking it down into doable chunks done in quick 30 day cycles.
# Kelly said there are 2 important challenges to take away from the workshop:
- Implement Process in your organisation by the end of the year
- become an advocate for usability testing and implement informal usability testing

Ah jealous, the workshop sounds great. For another perspective on scrum, check out Steve Yegge's recent blog post "Good Agile, Bad Agile" (can't post the link because your spam filter keeps kicking me in the nuts)
Keep up the ramblings for us guys less fortunate (stuck at work) - yours is the only up-to-date info I've found on wd06!
